What is the documentation for withdrawal from NPS
To withdraw from NPS, you must submit the following documents with your withdrawal forms to seek claim settlement.
• Original PRAN card
• Attested copy showing proof of identity and proof of address
• Cancelled cheque with subscriber bank details for crediting of payment.
